The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park

The upgraded room with a king bed and sitting room was amazing. The view of Central Park was amazing. The concierge service was excellent, helping us make last-minute reservations at amazing restaurants and scoring great theater tickets. The club lounge had a beautiful view and the service was proactive and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent, accommodating our request to come back later and even sympathizing with our need for extra rest. The spa experience was good, with an amazing massage therapist named Laura. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the opera, museums, theater, and shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Central Park, making it easily accessible for leisurely strolls or activities in the park. It is also ideal for catching a cab, providing easy transportation options. Additionally, there are excellent restaurants adjacent to the hotel, offering a variety of dining choices. The guest rooms are beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. The bathrooms are spacious and offer a luxurious experience. The staff provides outstanding service, going above and beyond to make guests feel special.

The prices for food and room service can be quite high, which may not be justifiable for some guests.

This hotel has exceeded my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. From the moment I arrived, the service staff made me feel like a VIP. the Spa centre provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, with a great selection of Sauna, Massage and Spa lounge facilities. the room advantages are also impressive, with comfortable and spacious accommodations, private facilities, and an amazing view of Central Park. the hotel's location advantages cannot be beaten, with immediate access to the park and all it has to offer.

the Restaurant's breakfast was overpriced for its mediocre quality.

The staff was really good, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. Every request was met with a willingness to help, and the turn-down service was great. The restaurant staff and reception staff were professional and friendly. The hotel's location was excellent and very convenient to various points of interest. The hotel itself was clean and elegant, with a cozy lounge perfect for relaxing with a drink.

I recently had a delightful stay in a luxurious hotel in the heart of New York City. The location couldn't have been better, with excellent restaurants nearby in midtown. The hotel itself was elegant and plush, with a beautiful room and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, even accommodating a special occasion with balloons and a cake. The room had all the necessary amenities and the bathroom was well-appointed. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. it was a fantastic experience.

One minor issue was the lack of in-room coffee maker or kettle, but the hotel promptly delivered one upon request.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to some excellent restaurants and just a stone's throw away from the park. The hotel facilities were great, withvery comfy and tidy rooms that provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that all of our requests were met 100%. We especially enjoyed the cozy, dark, library-style lounge, where we could unwind and enjoy a late-night cocktail or a cup of coffee in the morning.

Nice, quiet room, comfortable bed, fair WIFI with hidden cabled internet. Generously sized, clean, tasteful room with fantastic view. Wonderful staff, went extra mile, made our stay enjoyable. 10 out of 10!

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we appreciated the beautifully appointed public areas and the attentive staff. The hotel's serene atmosphere was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel's prime location close to Central Park allowed us to easily explore the park and enjoy leisurely walks.

Our experience was marred by several disappointments. we encountered issues with the room, including a malfunctioning TV and discolored water.

Great club on the second floor, with helpful staff like Lazar. Stunning view of Central Park. All my requests were met 100%. Turn-down service, restaurant, reception, and in-room dining staff all excellent. Will definitely return!

The Ritz Bar at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park stands apart from the rest. The bar staff, especially Kabir, provided really good service throughout the evening. We enjoyed a good night with champagne, wine, and delicious bar food. Kabir's efficiency and congeniality made our experience nice. Highly recommended.
